We are looking for a Founding CTO who is bought into this mission—someone who wants to use their talent to create a positive, lasting legacy in the world of sports.
Where We Are
My wife is Montana Fouts (Team USA, Alabama, AUSL). She is the pinnacle of fast-pitch softball. Recently, we tested an annual high-ticket coaching product at a $5,720 price point. With zero formal sales experience and just one email, I closed 20% of my calls—selling 10 spots ($57,200) in the first two weeks.
The Problem
We immediately halted sales. Why? Because the current "Frankenstein" workflow—jumping between various softwares and using Notion calendars—felt clunky and unpolished. We refuse to compromise the "Montana Fouts" brand with a fragmented infrastructure. We are refusing money right now because we won't settle for "good enough."
The Mission: The "Icon-to-Athlete" Operating System
We need a Founding CTO to build the MVP that brings the entire journey into one premium mobile app. After launch, you will transition to Systems Architect, leveraging AI to scale Montana’s time and automate our sales engine along with automating all of our internal processes related to pitching clinics that have hosted 1500 girls already this year.
The Build (The MVP):
- Centralized Coaching: A high-performance portal for athletes to upload video.
- The Critique Engine: A seamless interface for Montana to provide video/written feedback in-app.
- Dynamic Training Plans: A custom, day-by-day roadmap replacing our Notion calendars.
- Scalability: We will prove this with Montana, then scale this architecture to all sports for millions of users.
Compensation (Performance-Based Partner Model)
We are a high-margin, cash-flowing brand. We aren't looking for a "cog in the machine"—we are looking for a technical partner.
- Phase 1 (The Build): $8,000/mo retainer $10,000 Cash Launch Bonus. (90 Day Goal)
- Phase 2 (Full-Time): $100,000 base salary.
- The Upside: 2.5% Gross Revenue Share on all digital products. (direct participation in our high-margin cash flow). If we keep pace and sell 10 per week= $74,360 the first year If our sales team can sell 30 per week= $223,080—----This is also just one product at a very high price point, once the app is built the possibilities are endless of what digital products we can sell.
