Opportunity Overview
Be Technik is establishing strategic partnerships with experienced Industrial Engineers who maintain strong relationships within manufacturing environments across Florida.
This is not a traditional engineering role. It is a business development partnership for engineers who want to leverage their technical background and industry network to participate in high-value industrial projects — without direct responsibility for design execution or project delivery.
Engagement Model
- Independent Contractor (1099)
- Strategic Partnership (not employment)
- Fully remote and flexible
- No fixed schedule
- You identify opportunities; Be Technik executes all engineering and delivery
How the Process Works
- You identify opportunities within your engineering and industrial network
- You introduce Be Technik to the client
- Be Technik leads all technical discussions
- Our engineering team develops feasibility studies, scope, and proposal
- Project approval → full execution by Be Technik
- You receive commission based on project milestones and completion
Compensation Structure
- Competitive referral fee structure with high-value project milestones
- Commission range: 3-10% (based on project size)
- Typical projects: $50,000 – $500,000
- Payments tied to milestones and final client payment
- Strong earning potential for engineers with active industry networks
Required Profile (Mandatory)
- Engineering background required (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related fields)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in:
- Manufacturing operations
- Industrial automation or machinery
- Plant engineering or maintenance
- Established relationships with:
- Plant managers
- Engineering teams
- Industrial decision-makers
- Ability to identify technical and operational improvement opportunities
- Fluent English- Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus
