We are seeking a Client Experience Associate who will serve as the first point of contact for clients while providing administrative and operational support across both our financial planning and tax preparation services. This position requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and a client-first attitude. What You’ll Do
- Welcome clients in person, by phone, and via email with professionalism and care
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring accuracy across both tax and investment calendars
- Guide clients through the intake process for tax and investment documentation
- Organize and maintain client files, entering preliminary data into appropriate software
- Provide timely status updates and proactive follow-ups to keep clients informed
- Support financial advisors and tax preparers by preparing meeting materials and reports
- Assist with client communications, appreciation events, and feedback initiatives
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
- Collaborate with both Be Wealth and Be Tax teams to ensure smooth coordination
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM Software, willingness to learn industry software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, especially during peak tax season
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive, client-centered approach
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior office experience required.
Bonus Points For
- Prior experience in financial services, tax preparation, or office administration
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- Familiarity with scheduling or CRM software
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish)
Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $23.00 - $26.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
