To keep breaking barriers and redefining what's possible, we’re looking for candidates with the following exceptional technical capabilities:

• Relevant background in data management or governance, data management tool use, and/or tool development, in addition to demonstrated experience delivering training courses.
• Experience in ISD methodologies and are proficient in the use of industry standard instructional technology platforms and web-based authoring tools.

Applicants will be evaluated and placed in a level from Journeymen to Expert based off of experience, assessments and customer feedback.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Demonstrated experience delivering classroom-based, blended, or virtual instructor-led training in an IC environment
• Demonstrated experience working with Sponsor or Partner agency data in a Mission operations environment and/or demonstrated experience developing or configuring tools or platforms for Mission use
• Instructor certification highly desired
• Demonstrated experience drafting presentations, interactive exercises, and evaluation reports on training effectiveness
• Experience in the Sponsor agency curriculum review process highly desired
• Proficiency with online and web-based training authoring tools highly desired
