Be Pure Organic Salon & Elora Wellness are growing and evolving. Our space is beautiful, our brand is expanding, and our guest experience remains our top priority. To support this next chapter, we’re looking for a Director of Operations & Guest Experience to own daily operations, build systems, and ensure consistency for both team and guests.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on structure, organization, and creating calm, well-run environments.
What you’ll do:
- Own day-to-day salon operations and workflows
- Elevate and standardize the guest experience from booking to checkout
- Lead and support the team with accountability and culture
- Build and document operational systems to support growth
