We are looking for a dynamic Production Manager to join our growing team! The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations ensuring that efficiency, safety and quality standards are successfully achieved.
WHO YOU ARE:

- Lead, manage and drive accountability of BE's production strategy to ensure maximized value for BE
- Lead, manage and drive accountability of production, material handling, fabrication, maintenance and health & safety teams
- Lead, manage and drive accountability of warehouse organization, physical inventory management, and building/equipment repairs and maintenance
- Accountable to meet warehouse targets and KPI's.
- Lead, manage and accountable to support lean and continuous improvements
- Collaborate with the Quality manager to ensure quality standards and the quality program are met and upheld
- Collaborate with other WH managers on continuous development and review of BE Core processes (SOP's)
- Collaborate with other leaders in all locations, including sales, supply chain, and finance to establish appropriate initiatives to drive customer service, quality, productivity and efficiency across BE
- Effectively represent BE's interests when dealing with vendors and customers
- Participate and lead cross-functional initiatives and projects to increase BE's profitability.
- Coach, mentor, train, and support employees to promote a high-performing team
WHAT YOU HAVE:
- 10 years work experience in a similar role in a production and/or manufacturing environment.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve outstanding results
- Post-secondary education in a related field.
- Understanding of ERP systems - Syspro experience is an asset.
- Solid understanding of lean manufacturing processes & demonstrated track record of continuous improvement.
- Has a "safety first" mindset and understands the importance of upholding safety standards
- Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute business plans and initiatives
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Analytical mindset with a strong problem-solving orientation and attention to detail
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to change
- Ability to communicate professionally in the English Language (verbal & written)
- You must be legally able to work in the USA
- You are able to commute to the work location on a regular basis (Decaturville, TN)
