As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a motivated Marketing & Communications Associate to join our team in Lombard, IL. This role centers around customer communication, relationship building, and driving sales through direct marketing efforts inside retail environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients across wireless, home services, and renewable energy campaigns.
- Collaborate with leadership to stay current on client products, services, and promotions.
- Communicate product value clearly and confidently to customers during in-person interactions.
- Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Present tailored service recommendations using a lead-driven database.
- Provide feedback to improve sales processes and enhance both client and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Experience in customer-facing roles (sales, marketing, or retail preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Position Requirements:
