About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Brand & Systems Manager to take ownership of both front-end content creation and back-end marketing systems across multiple client accounts.
This is not a typical social media position. This role is designed for someone who can operate at a high level—managing content, building systems, and owning client execution without constant oversight.
You will be responsible for managing 15 client accounts, driving brand growth, and ensuring all marketing systems are aligned with recruitment and customer acquisition goals.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media Management
- Develop and execute weekly and monthly content strategies for multiple clients
- Film, edit, and produce content (photo, video, and AI-assisted content)
- Create engaging, conversion-focused social media posts
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms
- Stay ahead of trends and proactively bring new content ideas and campaigns
- Run social media ads / campaigns and deliver ROI goals
Marketing Systems & Backend Setup
- Set up and manage:
- Google Business Profiles
- Basic websites and landing pages
- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Email and workflow automations
- Ensure all systems are properly branded and optimized for performance
- Support backend operations tied to recruiting and lead generation
Client Account Management
- Manage 15 client accounts simultaneously
- Oversee posting schedules, approvals, and deliverables
- Track performance and provide weekly updates internally
- Act as a key internal point of contact for account execution
- Ensure deadlines, quality, and consistency across all clients
Recruitment & Data Support
- Upload and organize resumes within ATS systems
- Assist in maintaining candidate pipelines and data accuracy
- Support recruitment marketing efforts through branding alignment
- Learn and understand recruitment workflows to support client success
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of branding, content strategy, and engagement
- Comfortable with basic tech systems, automation tools, and website platforms
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts at once

Portfolio Requirement (Mandatory)
To be considered, candidates must submit a portfolio that includes:
- Social media accounts managed
- Content examples (photo, video, or campaigns)
- Any branding, website, or system setup work
- Examples of growth, engagement, or results (if available)
Compensation & Growth
- Weekly base pay: $900–$1,300 (W2)

Additional Requirements
- Must be local to the Hinsdale / Chicagoland area
- Must be comfortable filming content on-site and traveling locally as needed
- Must be able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
