Overview
Join our dynamic Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) team as a Clinical Supervisor, where you will provide clinical leadership, oversight, and licensure supervision to behavioral health professionals. This role ensures services are delivered in compliance with Nevada Medicaid regulations, state licensing board requirements, and established ethical standards, while supporting high-quality, client-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group clinical supervision to interns and associate-level clinicians in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Ensure supervision practices comply with Nevada licensing board requirements, including those governing Physicians, Psychologists, BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs.
- Review, approve, and oversee clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, to ensure compliance with Medicaid billing and documentation standards.
- Support clinicians providing services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD), and other conditions served through ABA.
- Assist with the development, implementation, and refinement of clinical policies, protocols, workflows, and service delivery models.
- Participate in case staffing meetings, clinical quality assurance activities, and compliance or utilization reviews.
- Ensure all clinical supervision aligns with ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and scope-of-practice guidelines.
- Provide consultation and guidance related to crisis intervention, safety planning, and risk assessment.
- Support the on-boarding, training, and ongoing professional development of clinical team members.

Qualifications
Candidates must meet Nevada board and Medicaid requirements to supervise under PT 85
- Licensure as a Physician by the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners
- Licensure as a Psychologist by the Board of Psychological Examiners
- Qualified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), earned master’s degree level and/or doctorate from an accredited college or university in the field of social science or special education, holds current certificate as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA and BCBA-D) by the BACB and licensed by the Nevada State Board of Applied Behavior Analysis
- Must meet supervision eligibility approval from the applicable Nevada licensing board
Compensation
- Compensation is flexible depending on:
- License type
- Experience providing clinical supervision
- Number of supervisees
- Supervision format (hourly, per supervisee contract, or monthly retainer)
Final compensation structure will be discussed during the interview.
