Key Responsibilities
- Utilize design and modeling software to create detailed 3D models and 2D shop drawings.
- Collaborate with project teams, architects, and designers to ensure accurate and up-to-date information across departments.
- Perform quality checks on models to validate completeness, alignment, and constructability.
- Generate construction drawings using CADD and AutoCAD software.
- Analyze data on costs, materials, and labor to support project planning and execution.
- Support the integration of VDC/BIM software initiatives across the company.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Experience with BIM software programs and technology, such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
- Strong technical expertise in 3D modeling and computer-aided design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Experience in the construction industry, particularly in VDC/BIM implementation.
