As a Territory Manager - Biosurgery & Infection, you’ll take ownership of a defined territory, working closely with surgeons, theatre staff and hospital stakeholders to grow BD’s portfolio. This is your opportunity to support surgical innovation and patient outcomes, bringing life‑changing products into clinical environments and helping teams deliver better care. You’ll combine commercial drive with clinical engagement, building trusted relationships that position BD as a partner of choice in theatre and beyond. Your Day‑to‑Day You’ll lead all territory activity, managing accounts and driving growth across the portfolio. You will: Achieve or exceed sales targets across the Biosurgery and Infection portfolio Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, theatre staff and hospital stakeholders Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts Deliver product presentations, education and clinical support in theatre environments Develop and execute territory plans aligned to business priorities Partner with Marketing and internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience Monitor competitor activity and provide market insights Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management Collaborate across sales, customer service and supply chain to deliver outcomes You’ll spend your time in the field, building relationships, supporting clinicians and driving meaningful outcomes. About You You’re a confident communicator, relationship builder and commercially driven sales professional who thrives in surgical environments. You’ll bring: Experience in medical device or healthcare sales, ideally within surgical, theatre or wound care settings A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills Confidence engaging surgeons, theatre staff and hospital stakeholders Commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities A proactive mindset and strong organisational skills Ability to manage a dynamic territory independently A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel A tertiary qualification in business, science or a related field is highly regarded.
