Job Description Job Responsibilities: Responsible for BOM Download/retrieval for product stewardship purposes. Supports Data Stewardship projects and needs as required. Supports the creation and deployment of a stewardship data repository. Responsible to create and route documents in SAP for Approval. Responsible to create and initiate Material requests. May remediate incorrect data in SAP or PLM system as needed. Supporting the development of an AI BOT to automate product stewardship tasks. As an ECR Requester, associate is responsible for requesting a change to product, process, and/or data through an Engineering Change Request (ECR), completely and accurately, including documenting proposed changes to each individual ECC data object. As an ECM Requester, associate is responsible for preparing a Change Master (CM), completely and accurately, including documenting proposed changes to each individual ECC data object. Responsible for ECR/O strategy meetings. ECR Creation and Co-ordination of ECR Objects such as Material, Documents etc. Works seamlessly with Change Coordinator for ECR/ECO Strategy. Responsible for ensuring supplier declarations and supporting information are in the central product stewardship repository. Supporting various Platform Representatives for Material Master Data Creation with respect to MDS Workflow and R&D Master Data Element (Data Providers). Management of CAD Content in SAP including routing for Approval and resolving issues. Supporting BOM Creation and Validation process and creating DMR Links in SAP system. Reviews SAP Master Data Strategy for the Project including ECR/ECO strategy. Release engineering changes to the production in line with QMS procedures Supervised formulating, executing and consolidating ECM and existing ERP solutions. Establish SAP access, approvals and change processes per audit standards. Create and update the e-DHF Doc Structure in SAP and link all associated subfolders per BD Procedures. Coordinate with project Leaders and engineers to link the requested documents to the subfolders to Maintain e-DHF. Ensure compliance with BD quality policies, procedures, and practices Ensure compliance with all local, state, federal, and BD safety regulations, policies, and procedures. Other duties as assigned. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (i.e., Mechanical/ Materials/ Biomedical/ Chemical/ Industrial engineering) or any other advanced degree Experience: Minimum relevant experience of 1 year in SAP, PLM related activities of medical devices and other products, and/or packaging. Candidates from Medical devices background is preferred. Understanding of FDA and ISO medical device development regulations; especially as they pertain to design control and product development. Knowledge: Medical Devices Quality Management Systems as per FDA guidelines. Hands-on SAP or any other PLM software. SAP ECC 6.0, SAP Tahiti, JDE, Master Control, SAP Manaco experience is a plus. Medical device design controls. Skills: Strong interpersonal and influencing skills. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Demonstrated versatility and learning agility Team player Excellent communication Ability to host meetings with cross functional global teams. Consistently learns, develop SAP products and technologies workflows.
