Job Description Job Responsibilities Manage medical leaves (SISALRIL, TSS, IDOPRIL) and maintain accurate occupational health records. Registration and follow‑up of occupational accidents in IDOPRIL / SIRLA, ensuring compliance with current regulations. Analysis of trends related to occupational health and employee absences. Prepare EHS and health-related reports, statistics, and documentation for audits. Preparation of periodic reports for EHS, Human Resources, and local leadership. Assist in delivering EHS training and promoting safe work practices. Ensure compliance with Dominican labor, and health regulations and ensure Support EHS programs Participate in incident and accident investigations, including root cause analysis. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Safety, Environmental Sciences, or a related field. Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within manufacturing or industrial environments. Knowledge of EHS laws and regulations in the Dominican Republic. Ability to identify risks and propose effective solutions. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
