Job Description Acompanhar e tomar as devidas ações de Cobrança na carteira do contas a receber para os clientes Key Account/Público e Privado assegurando os resultados de DSO BD Brasil - Controlar e preparar os Relatórios de Fechamentos Mensais do Contas a Receber - Relatórios Aging/Bus/Clientes Público e Privado - Contatar Área Comercial da BD para compartilhar e buscar soluções de pendências em dívidas. - Acionar Agência de Cobrança para clientes Públicos e Privados inadimplentes - Controlar os processos de entrega de mercadorias/Empenhos para cobrança preventivas aos clientes Públicos. - Analisar o Crédito para clientes Público/Privado para novosos Cadastros e Clientes atuais - Analisar pedidos retidos por retenções em Crédito/Cobrança para os clientes Publicos e Privados. - Analisar novas Licitações para clientes Públicos - Verificar os resultados dos testes nos Processos SOX/Auditoria. - Marcar reuniões mensais com Comercial para apresentar os resultados, prazos de vendas solicitadas e ações de cobrança e DSO/mês - Participar em novos projetos/automações e melhorias aos processos diários em Crédito e Cobrança - Negociar com o cliente - prorrogações/juros - Manter atualizado todos os WI dos processos de operações com o Shared Service Center - Visita a Clientes - Requesitos: Formação Superior em ADM/ECO/CONTAB - EXPERIÊNCIA DE 5 ANOS - CONHECIMENTO SÓLIDO EM ANÁLISE DE BALANÇOS - CONHECIMENTO EM OUTROS IDIOMAS SERÃO CONSIDERADOS FUNDAMENTAIS (INGLÊS - INTERMEDIÁRIO E ESPANHOL INTERMEDIÁRIO DESEJÁVEL) Why Join Us?
