We currently have an opening for a Warehouse Associate in Whites Creek, TN and are looking for candidates who reside in Davidson County.
Position Overview
Deliver to all bulk accounts; as well as, assist Warehouse Manager/Assistant Manager with loading of route trucks, fleet care/maintenance, and warehouse cleanliness/organization.
Job Responsibilities include:
· Deliver to bulk accounts
· conduct load in/load out of route vehicles
· assist Warehouse Managment with the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse
· assist Warehouse Management with fleet care and maintenance
· ensure all warehouse safety procedures are adhered to at all times (forklift, vehicles, warehouse, COVID sanitizing procedures, etc.)
· additional warehouse duties as instructed by warehouse management/company management
Job Requirements include:
· HS Diploma (or GED equivalent)
· clean driving record (MVR)
· pre-hire drug screen
· criminal background check
· DOT physical exam
· obtain F Endorsement on Driver's License
· have an active cell phone account with text/data plan
Physical Requirements:
· ability to consistently lift/carry up to 50 lbs
· ability to bend, squat, stoop, kneel, climb, on feet for long periods of time
· ability to work in fluctuating temperatures (seasonal heat and cold)
Skills:
· Experience working with little supervision
· Ability to operate manual power pallet jack or lift
· Oral communication skills
· prior warehouse experience preferred
