Grocery Sales Representative for Red Bull

Grocery Sales Representative in Mississippi Delta Area at BDT Beverage; the authorized Red Bull distributor is seeking a highly motivated Grocery Pre-Sell Representative to join our Large Format Sales Team serving the Mississippi Delta market! (Oxford, Batesville, Grenada)

This position is responsible for managing key grocery and mass merchandise accounts, including Walmart, Kroger, and other large-format retailers. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, driving sales growth, and working independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned grocery and mass accounts on a weekly basis.(approx. 30 grocery stores)
• Generate orders and sell Red Bull products into Walmart, Kroger, and other large-format customers.
• Execute promotional programs and ensure 100% compliance with chain initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and key decision makers.
• Identify opportunities to increase distribution, displays, and cold equipment placements.
• Maintain Red Bull merchandising standards and planogram compliance.
• Communicate effectively with account sales managers, merchandisers, and leadership teams.
• Utilize company technology and reporting tools to manage accounts and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, retail,DSD, beverage, grocery, or account management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in retail environments.
• Ability to bend, squat, stoop, kneel, climb, stand up to 10 hours a day, work in outstretched / overhead reach, etc.

Compensation & Benefits

• $47,000 - $70,000 annually (base salary plus commission, starting salary is based on experience; total compensation is based on performance in your market)
