Job Summary
Black Dog Solutions (BDS) LLC is seeking an experienced Test Program Set (TPS) engineer to join our expanding engineering division. This position will be in the TPS department directly supporting the Automatic Test Systems (ATS). BDS LLC offers a comprehensive benefits package including health and dental benefits. This is a full-time position (40 hours a week) and located at Picatinny Arsenal, Picatinny, NJ. Picatinny Arsenal is a secure government installation and the ideal candidate MUST be a U.S. citizen to gain access and work on base. Required Core Qualifications:
The candidate must be able to develop and sustain TPS software. Design, build, and debug UUT interface hardware / fixtures. Perform bench correlation between ATE results and lab instrumentation. Maintain disciplined configuration control of TPS artifacts, support all aspects of the integration, bring-up, and debug of TPS on ATS stations. Experienced with bench instrumentation and correlation workflows and the ability to work in a hybrid model. Ability to record, track and communicate all aspects of findings, status, and recommendations to BDS stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
BS in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or related and 5 years relevant automated test experience; OR 8 years relevant experience in lieu of degree. Experience converting/porting test programs, strong data analysis and test optimization. Experience with switching/mux solutions, multisite test strategies, and scalable test architectures and the ability to work with Configuration management to meet all government configuration requirements. Compensation package will be based on experience, skills, and overall qualifications and will be discussed during the interview process.
