BDry Alabama is hiring an experienced in‑home sales professional with a background in basement waterproofing, foundation repair, or crawlspace solutions. You’ll run scheduled appointments, perform diagnostic inspections, build trust with homeowners, and present solutions that protect their home and investment.
What You'll Do:
- Perform in‑home evaluations across Alabama; inspect basements, foundations, and crawlspaces.
- Diagnose water intrusion, structural, humidity, and air quality issues using standard tools and methods.
- Educate homeowners and present clear, written proposals with scope, pricing, and next steps.
- Close business ethically and professionally; follow a defined, proven sales process.
- Capture accurate notes, measurements, photos, and drawings; update the CRM the same day.
- Coordinate hand‑off to production; set clear expectations for the customer.
- Proactively self‑generate leads during slower periods to build your book of business and brand.
What You'll need:
- 4 years of successful sales experience (in‑home/residential preferred).
- 2 years of experience in waterproofing, foundation repair, crawlspace, or closely related residential construction/building science — required.
- Strong diagnostic mindset and the ability to explain complex issues in plain language.
- Professional presence, integrity, and follow‑through; excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency with smartphone/laptop tools; CRM experience (Builder Prime a plus).
- Valid driver’s license and comfort traveling statewide (some overnights as needed).
- Ability to access crawlspaces and carry tools; safety‑first approach.

Schedule & Territory
- Full‑time field role based out of Birmingham with travel throughout Alabama.
