Daily Duties
- Develop and maintain a knowledge management framework for storing and sharing company information
- Create and update processes for cataloging, tagging, and organizing documents, playbooks, and best practices
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure the knowledge base remains accurate, relevant, and accessible
- Maintain a centralized library of company materials across departments to ensure consistent information sharing
- Coordinate with department leaders to update and archive obsolete content
- Research and source content for company-wide use
- Write, edit, and publish knowledge-base content in clear, accessible formats
- Work closely with IT to maintain electronic record systems that are user-friendly and secure
- Communicate new or updated content to department managers
- Support colleagues in accessing and using the knowledge base effectively
- Participate in meetings and assist with other assigned projects as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Data Management, or related field preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in records, information, or knowledge management
- Experience developing or maintaining searchable databases or knowledge systems
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
