• Lead small-to-medium supply chain continuous improvement projects, taking full ownership from opportunity
identification and scoping through implementation and value realization.
• Develop project-specific analytical baselines using TMS, ERP, and visibility platform data — drawing on datasets and
baseline profiling delivered by the Data Scientist — to quantify improvement opportunities and size expected benefits.
• Design and present solution recommendations for improvement opportunities including mode conversion, freight
consolidation, carrier rationalization, and inventory optimization.
• Build and maintain project business cases, implementation plans, KPI frameworks, and benefit realization trackers for
all assigned initiatives.
• Collaborate with Control Tower teams, logistics coordinators, and supplier contacts to implement approved changes
and embed new operational processes.
• Track and report project-level savings realization, measuring actuals against projected benefits and identifying
corrective actions where gaps emerge.
• Support the Principal Logistics Supply Chain Engineer on larger strategic initiatives, providing analytical support, data
