Responsibilities:
- Review Import shipment documentation from customers and suppliers to identify and resolve errors and compliance issues.
- Assist with HTS Classification.
- Conduct file audits.
- Review ACE data, including PGA data (Knowledge of FDA ACE coding a plus).
- Assist with monitoring import dashboard for pending shipments.
- Assist with monthly metrics and quarterly business reports.
- Demonstrate continuous improvement through training, process management, implementing automated solutions and lean procedures.
- Respond to and support internal and external audit findings as they relate to trade and import and export classifications and accurate government filing.
- Determine root cause and corrective actions and coordinates implementation thereof.
