What will you be doing?
As Receptionist, you'll be the central contact point for clients, suppliers, applicants, and staff—both in person and over the phone. You'll help them or direct them to the right person. Your day will also include managing office orders, booking meeting rooms, and handling mails, fax, and deliveries. You'll play a key role in planning and setting up client and staff events, ensuring spaces are ready and guests are welcomed. You'll approach every task with a customer-friendly and results-driven attitude. Plus, you'll support the facility team in maintaining an organized and tidy office space. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing office communications, including emails, phone calls, and in-person inquiries
- Handling mail, fax, and deliveries
- Organizing and setting up meeting rooms and events
- Supporting the facility team in maintaining a well-functioning office environment
- Keeping track of office supplies and placing orders when needed
