Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Project Manager role based in Providence, RI, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Project Manager will coordinate and drive client engagements from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Daily responsibilities include defining project plans and timelines, setting milestones, and managing dependencies across internal teams and external partners. The role involves leading cross-functional meetings, tracking progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation plans to keep projects on track. The Project Manager will support logistical planning, facilitate communication with stakeholders, prepare status reports and documentation, and ensure alignment with BDMT Global’s commercialization frameworks and client goals. This position also contributes to continuous improvement by refining processes, tools, and templates for scalable project delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong project leadership skills, including Project Management, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience in Expediting and Expeditor functions to monitor critical path items, manage vendor timelines, and accelerate deliverables when needed.
- Background in Logistics Management to coordinate materials, documentation, and information flows across teams, partners, and clients.
- Inspection and quality oversight experience to verify deliverables, ensure compliance with requirements, and maintain high standards throughout project execution.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable plans.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, life sciences, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Experience working with clients in life sciences, healthcare, technology, or other innovation-focused industries is highly beneficial.
