Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our grounds, gardens, and landscapes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a passion for outdoor maintenance, contributing to the aesthetic appeal and functionality of our facilities.
Duties
- Perform regular lawn care, including mowing, trimming, and edging to maintain a neat appearance.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various maintenance tasks.
- Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as planting, weeding, and mulching to enhance garden aesthetics.
- Assist with groundskeeping tasks, including debris removal and seasonal clean-up.
- Cleaning the pool facilities: Straightening furniture, raking leaves, and tidying the grill area.
- Trash pickup around the whole property and ensuring the Dumpster and Bulk pick up areas are clean and tidy
- Clean the stairways and handrails
- Cleanout the storage, water, and electric rooms
- Assist in general maintenance projects as they arise
- Maintain equipment in good working order through routine checks and minor repairs.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong understanding of gardening practices and groundskeeping techniques.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina; ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality in all tasks.
- Must pass background check.
- Must have reliable transportation.
