The Project Manager at BDL is responsible for leading construction projects from pre-construction through close-out, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to BDL’s quality standards. This role partners closely with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal leadership to maintain accountability, communication, and execution excellence across multiple active jobs.
This is a hands-on role that splits time between the field and office, requiring strong organization, follow-through, and the ability to lead under changing conditions

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Projects are delivered on schedule with minimal rework or cost overruns
- Field teams and subcontractors have clear direction and accountability
- Clients feel informed, confident, and supported throughout the project lifecycle
- Issues are identified early and resolved proactively
- Documentation, budgets, schedules, and change orders are accurate and up to date
OBJECTIVES
- Manage assigned construction projects from kickoff through close-out
- Build and maintain detailed project schedules and track milestones
- Coordinate daily and weekly activities with field supervisors
- Manage subcontractor scope, timelines, and performance
- Track project budgets, job costs, and variances
- Prepare and manage change orders and approvals
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site requirements
- Conduct site visits and progress reviews regularly
- Maintain clear documentation (RFIs, submittals, schedules, logs)
- Communicate project status to leadership and clients
- Resolve issues proactively to avoid delays or rework
- Support continuous improvement of project processes and execution standards

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

- Proficiency with project tracking tools, schedules, and budgets
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites
- Experience with Procore software experience.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
