JOB DESCRIPTION
BDK USA Inc. is seeking a data-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive professional to manage and grow our online sales channels, with a primary focus on Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Amazon and Walmart marketplace operations, a solid understanding of advertising platforms (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect), and the ability to turn data into actionable business strategies.
Marketplace operation manager Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations on Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, and eBay, including listing creation, optimization, and maintenance.
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities, pricing trends, and new product niches.
- Develop and optimize Amazon Ads and Walmart Ads campaigns to improve ROAS, visibility, and sales performance.
- Analyze marketplace data (traffic, conversion, search ranking, ad metrics) to make data-driven decisions that enhance sales growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to improve product content (titles, images, A content, bullet points, etc.).
- Prepare regular performance reports summarizing ad results, keyword performance, and sales insights.
- Monitor account health, product reviews, and compliance across platforms to ensure brand consistency and quality.
Marketplace operation manager Key Qualifications & Requirements:
- 3 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts.
- 2 years of experience managing Amazon Ads and Walmart Ads campaigns.
- Strong analytical and research skills — ability to extract insights from available data and translate them into strategy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools for tracking performance metrics.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while coordinating with team members.
Marketplace operation manager Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Pacvue, or similar analytics platforms.
- Understanding of retail media metrics (CTR, CVR, TACoS, ROAS) and experience in A/B testing ad or listing content.
- Prior work in automotive accessories or similar consumer goods categories is a plus.
