Courier Driver

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dependable Courier Driver to join our dynamic delivery team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely transporting packages, documents, and goods to various destinations while providing exceptional customer service in your own vehicle. Duties

• Safely use your own personal vehicle to deliver packages across the Houston metroplex.
• Load and unload cargo efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Verify delivery addresses, obtain signatures, and ensure accurate documentation for each shipment.
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with company standards.
• Communicate proactively with dispatchers regarding route changes, delays, or issues encountered during deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting recipients professionally, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly.Qualifications
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a clean background.; experience with commercial driving preferred.
• Proven delivery driver experience, especially with route driving in busy environments.
• Ability to lift heavy packages repeatedly and perform heavy lifting tasks safely.
• Warehouse experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities.
• Knowledge of traffic laws, safety procedures, and best practices for load & unload operations. Pay: $130.00 - $160.00 per day
