Position Summary
We are currently hiring Construction Laborers to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position working outdoors in all weather conditions, assisting with a variety of tasks related to marine and civil construction projects. Reliable, hardworking individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the company are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with construction activities such as concrete work, demolition, material handling, and site cleanup
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Support equipment operators and foremen on active job sites
• Load and unload materials, set up job sites, and maintain a clean work area
• Follow safety rules, company policies, and supervisor instructions at all times
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous construction experience preferred but not required — we will train motivated workers
• Must be reliable and able to work outdoors in various conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
• Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Willingness to travel to projects throughout Florida about 75% of the time
