Role Description
This full-time on-site role, based in St. Louis, MO, is for a Production Supervisor responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations. The selected candidate will manage production schedules, ensure efficient execution of production plans, and supervise team members to meet quality and delivery goals. They will work closely with other departments to optimize production processes and ensure compliance with organizational safety and performance standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Experience with Production Schedules and Production Planning to optimize efficiency
- Proficiency in Production Management, ensuring quality and delivery standards
- Excellent Communication skills to coordinate across teams and departments
- Knowledge of ISO standards is an advantage
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure
- Previous experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment is preferred
- Familiarity with tooling and manufacturing technologies, such as punch presses and robotic systems, is a plus
Education/Experience
High School Diploma with relevant experience. New college graduates with technical, engineering, or relevant field of study. Preferred experience in metal fabrication and welded assemblies.
