• Manage, schedule, publish, and grow our presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube while maintaining a consistent and elevated brand voice
• Lead creative strategy for agent spotlights, local events, lifestyle reels, behind-the-scenes culture content, and in-field real estate storytelling
• Shoot and capture office and on-site content (photo video) that showcases the Nashville real estate lifestyle
• Create branded content, social templates, and graphic assets for listings, market updates, team wins, birthdays, and more
• Design and edit graphics using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, etc
• Stay ahead of trends, algorithm shifts, local news, and best practices that drive engagement and growth
• Explore new creative tools, platforms, and strategies to keep BDG at the forefront
• Collaborate with Compass marketing to ensure brand-compliant designs and campaigns
