Position: We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for our Mill Dept. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5yrs CNC Machining experience on Mills and a major plus if the candidate has Lathe and/or Mill-Turn experience as well. This is a day shift position, with the option of working 4-10s or 5-8s and start time negotiable.
Duties:
· Setup, prove-out, FAI and operate CNC Mills (3, 4 & 5 Axis). If candidate has Lathe or Mill-Turn experience, they could float between the two departments as needed, but this is primarily a mill position.
· Keep work area clean & organized. 5S minded person is ideal for this position!
Skills/Attributes:
· Highly proficient at CNC Mill setups, including prove-outs & troubleshooting.
· Thorough knowledge and applicational use of common shop inspection equipment.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Highly reliable
· Positive attitude.
· TEAM player.
· Able to sit/stand for long periods of time.
· Capable of lifting up to 50lbs.
Education/Experience:
· HS Diploma / Certificate in Machining desired.
· Minimum 5yrs CNC Milling
COMPENSATION: Min Start $30/hr but could be more DOE.
