Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
Our growing dental practice in the Keller area is looking for a motivated and dependable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. We are a busy office that focuses on providing excellent patient care while maintaining a supportive and positive workplace for our staff. Position Overview
In this role, you will work closely with the doctor and clinical team to support a wide range of dental procedures and ensure patients have a smooth, comfortable experience during their visits.
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist chairside during exams and dental treatments
- Capture digital X-rays and support diagnostic procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments prior to patient appointments
- Clean, sterilize, and organize dental instruments in accordance with infection control guidelines
- Support preventive, restorative, and general dental procedures
- Provide patients with guidance on oral hygiene and home care
- Help with patient communication, scheduling assistance, and other daily office tasks when needed
Qualifications
- Current Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
- Comfortable working directly with patients and providing clinical support
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Friendly, professional attitude and dependable work ethic
- Experience with dental software is a plus, but not required
