Primary Responsibilities
$125,992.00 - $207,888 Base Commission

For most roles, we require a minimum of 4 days of in-office presence per week to maintain our culture of excellence and ensure smooth operations, while also recognizing the importance of flexibility and work-life balance. Primary Responsibilities
- Drive sales revenue to exceed priorities and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain sustainable strategic business relationships with key accounts.
- Perform product demonstrations, customer education and in-service as required.
- Develop monthly, quarterly and annual revenue target plans.
- Deliver sales training to inside and field sales employees and channel partners as requested.
- Present sales modules, presentations/workshops, overall sales training curriculum at new hire training classes and sales meetings as requested.
- Minimum BA/BS and three years of sales experience in the medical device industry.
- Operating room experience is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated customer service, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
- Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license with 3 years of consecutive driving history and meet BD's auto safety standards.
