Essential Functions
The Essential Functions of this Position include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining a Clean Work Area and reporting any Safety Hazards to the Manufacturing Supervisor.
- Participating in Safety Programs and Initiatives throughout the Plant.
- Knowing and observing all Quality and GMP Standards.
- Working efficiently and cooperating with Supervision and other Associates.
- Setting Up, Troubleshooting, Adjusting, and Operating equipment within specified ranges.
- Performing Changeovers on equipment.
- Performing Quality Inspections according to Operational Specifications for all Operations performed.
- Possess working knowledge of current Production Reporting System and how it applies to all positions.
- Performing basic Preventative Maintenance on equipment as assigned.
- Maintaining and handling inventory, as necessary.
- Actively participating in Continuous Improvement activities including BD Production System (BDPS)
- Performing other job-related duties as assigned or needed.

- High School Diploma or GED
