About the role:
The Associate Product Manager will assist in developing and implementing strategic and tactical initiatives for a key product and/or market segment on a global basis to help drive direction and growth. Demonstrates leadership within the Division Marketing department, takes an active role in day-to-day operations, and participates in product development activities for product and/or market segment responsibility.

Job Description
About the role:
The Associate Product Manager will assist in developing and implementing strategic and tactical initiatives for a key product and/or market segment on a global basis to help drive direction and growth. Demonstrates leadership within the Division Marketing department, takes an active role in day-to-day operations, and participates in product development activities for product and/or market segment responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle including data analytics.
- Recommend product line modifications, extensions, new products and product deletions.
- Work with R&D to develop a strong portfolio of product development projects that support the strategic direction and grow the business.
- Support sustaining engineering to ensure supply continuity of product portfolio.
- Take an active role on product development teams as leader or key participant.
- Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing plans including strategic and technical components
- Work closely with regional partners and cross-functional teams to meet revenue targets and company goals.
- Monitor and analyze competitive activity, customer, and market trends.
- Identify and develop marketing programs, sales tools, promotions, and marketing/sales collateral.
- Assist in preparing business plans.

- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 2 years of marketing experience
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and evolving business needs while maintaining quality and compliance
- Highly organized with strong project management fundamentals; able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a matrixed environment.
- Ability to travel up to 15%
- Product management experience within Life Sciences or Healthcare
- Medical device experience highly preferred
- Data analytics experience
