Duties
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move and organize inventory safely and efficiently
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including loading and unloading trucks with precision
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for accuracy
- Stock shelves and storage areas, ensuring proper placement of products for easy access and inventory control
- Utilize order pickers and other equipment to fulfill e-commerce orders swiftly and accurately
- Maintain organized workspaces by adhering to safety standards during packaging, order picking, and stock replenishment
- Support inventory management through cycle counts, stock adjustments, and data entry in systems like AS400 or MRP software
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution environments preferred
- Valid certification for forklift operation, reach truck, or pallet jack is highly desirable
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and inventory software such as AS400 or MRP systems
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing
- Strong physical stamina to lift heavy items, stand for extended periods, and perform load & unload tasks safely
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with order fulfillment processes
- Excellent attention to detail for picking & packing orders correctly and maintaining stock accuracy
