Responsibilities
- Safely operate cleaning tools and equipment, including squeegees, scrubbers, and ladders to reach high windows.
- Clean residential windows thoroughly, removing dirt, grime, fingerprints, and water spots for a pristine finish.
- Use scissor lifts or other access equipment when necessary to reach elevated or hard-to-access windows.
- Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents while working at heights or on ladders.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners to understand specific cleaning needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness of tools and equipment after each job to ensure optimal performance.
- Complete detailed service reports and document work performed for quality assurance.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with a focus on window or exterior cleaning.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Ability to operate scissor lifts or similar access machinery safely and effectively.
