Graphic Designer / Print Production Designer (Part-Time Contractor)

Location: Troutdale, OR (In-Shop Preferred | Hybrid Available After Training)

Job Type: Part-Time, 1099 Independent ContractorPay: $30.00–$35.00 per hour (DOE)

Hours: 10–20 hours per week to start, with opportunity for additional hours as we grow.

About us:

We are a fast-growing vehicle wrap and commercial graphics company serving the Portland Metro area. We specialize in vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, paint protection film (PPF), window tint, wall graphics, signs, banners, decals, business branding, architectural film, custom printed graphics.

We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer / Print Production Designer who enjoys creating clean, production-ready artwork and wants to grow with an expanding company. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Design custom vehicle wraps and commercial graphics
• Prepare print-ready production files
• Create artwork for signs, banners, decals, business cards, wall graphics, and other marketing materials
• Vectorize logos and recreate customer artwork
• Set up bleeds, overlaps, and panel layouts for printing
• Organize customer files and maintain project folders
• Work directly with the owner to complete projects on schedule
• Ensure artwork is accurate before production
• Make revisions based on customer feedback
• Assist with production workflow when needed

Qualifications

Required:

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
• Strong Adobe Photoshop skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable and self-motivated

Preferred:

• Experience designing vehicle wraps
• Large-format print experience
• Roland VersaWorks experience
• Sign shop or wrap shop experience
• Knowledge of contour cutting and production workflows
• Experience with vehicle templates

Compensation & Benefits
