General Labor

Job Overview
BCW is seeking a motivated and reliable General Laborer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will support daily production operations, contribute to assembly processes, and help maintain a safe and efficient work environment. This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals with strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality. At BCW, every team member plays a vital role in delivering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in product assembly using hand and power tools while meeting quality standards
• Operate forklifts safely to transport materials throughout the facility (as applicable)
• Support assembly line setup, organization, and breakdown to ensure efficient workflow
• Inspect equipment and work areas to identify safety risks or maintenance needs
• Load, unload, and properly store materials within designated warehouse areas
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
• Follow all safety guidelines and actively participate in safety training

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous manufacturing or factory experience preferred
• Familiarity with assembly line processes and hand tools is a plus
• Forklift and power tool experience preferred (certification beneficial but not required)
• Basic mechanical knowledge or aptitude strongly preferred
• Warehouse or inventory handling experience is helpful
