Salary
This position has a base salary range of $64,000 - 96,000 USD Annual. This range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience and time in the role.
Summary
Provides high-level administrative, organizational, and operational support to executive leadership, attorneys, and/or departmental leadership. This role will have responsibilities focused on the department of the executive being supported. Responsibilities may include managing executive schedules, assisting with the preparation of various documents, coordinating Board and executive activities, maintaining confidential records, and supporting operational and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, detail- oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Provide comprehensive executive administrative support to senior executives, attorneys, and/or departmental leadership.
2. Manage calendars, scheduling priorities, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics, including coordinating internal and external meetings.
3. Coordinate the organization and distribution of various meetings and materials (e.g. Board, committee, legal, finance, etc.)
4. Prepare, edit, proofread, and format reports, presentations, spreadsheets, correspondence, and other business documents.
5. Maintain confidential legal, corporate, financial, and executive records in accordance with company policies and applicable legal requirements.
6. Assist with document execution, signature routing, records retention, and version control for legal, corporate, and/or finance-related materials.
7. Track deadlines, follow-up items, and key deliverables across legal, finance, governance, and/or operational initiatives.
8. Support policy updates, departmental procedures, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and organization.
9. Coordinate and execute tasks for special events and activities.
10. Assist with special projects and contribute to cross-functional initiatives, as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial and legal terminology, document preparation, records management, and executive administrative practices preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in internet/intranet tools and strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and workflows and manage time effectively to meet established timelines.
- Ability to complete tasks with minimal direction from manager and/or supervisor.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
