Cleaning Technician – Mattoon IL
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: 5 days per week
Hours: 4:00 AM- 7:00 AM
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. This is a consistent overnight position responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, buff, and scrub using floor auto scrubber
- Clean and sanitize restrooms
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies properly
- Complete assigned cleaning duties each night
- Report any maintenance, supply, or equipment concerns
- Maintain a consistent and reliable attendance record
Qualifications
- Must be dependable and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to complete physical cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and walking
- Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred, but not required
- Must have reliable transportation to the Streator location
- Must be available to work 5 nights per week from 4:00 AM–7:00 AM
Compensation
$18.00 per hour
