Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Civil Site & Utility Foreman located in Pinellas Park, FL. The Civil Site & Utility Foreman will oversee daily construction operations including managing crew, coordinating schedules, and ensuring project goals are met. Responsibilities include supervising site and utility work, operating and maintaining heavy equipment, ensuring safety procedures are followed, and providing construction updates to stakeholders. The Foreman will also contribute to quality control and ensure site compliance with plans and regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively manage teams and ensure productivity and safety
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining Heavy Equipment related to site and utility construction
- Excellent Communication skills for effective coordination with team members, contractors, and stakeholders
- Practical knowledge and experience in Carpentry and Maintenance tasks as they relate to site and utility work
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and project specifications
- Experience with compliance and safety protocols in construction environments
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to and from the job site daily
- Previous experience as a foreman or in a supervisory role in the construction industry
