We’re seeking a talented architectural professional to join our collaborative team—someone who brings both creative vision and technical expertise to every project. The ideal candidate demonstrates design excellence, technical precision, and a collaborative spirit, contributing to projects from concept through construction within a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Among other things, here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Conduct zoning and code research, applying findings to design strategies and documentation.
  • Coordinate and oversee the development of project manuals and technical specifications, ensuring consistency and accuracy across project phases.
  • Drive or support the permitting process, prepare documentation, respond to plan check comments, and interface with regulatory agencies.
  • Ensure technical accuracy of drawings and documents through reviews, redlines, and quality checks to meet code and constructability requirements.
  • Provide construction administration services across a range of project types and sizes.
  • Monitor project scope, schedule, and budget in coordination with project managers.
  • Contribute to proposals, presentations, and interview materials for business development opportunities.
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and feedback to support the growth and performance of junior staff.
  • Collaborate across disciplines and with clients to ensure alignment and excellence in project delivery.

Ideal Qualifications We Seek In a Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit and related BIM tools, with the ability to coordinate multi-discipline inputs and maintain model integrity.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.
  • Proven ability to lead or support projects through all phases—from Programming through Construction Administration.
  • Experience in reviewing and redlining drawing sets, resolving technical issues, and ensuring design intent and constructability.
  • Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Architectural licensure preferred but not required.
