Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage landscape construction crews to ensure project milestones are met with precision and efficiency
- Oversee all phases of landscape installation including planting, irrigation setup, lawn care, tree care, and hardscape features
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure seamless communication and project execution
- Conduct site assessments to determine project scope, soil conditions, plant identification, and environmental considerations
- Maintain safety protocols and enforce compliance with industry standards throughout all construction activities
- Manage irrigation systems installation and maintenance to optimize water efficiency across projects
- Lead team training on horticulture practices, equipment operation, and crew management techniques
Skills
- Extensive experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, and garden design
- Proven supervising experience with a strong background in team management and crew supervision
- Knowledge of plant identification, horticulture principles, and tree care techniques
- Skilled in irrigation management and troubleshooting irrigation systems
- Construction experience with a focus on outdoor projects such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and turf installation
