Managed Network Provisioner
Position Summary
The Managed Network Provisioner is responsible for the end-to-end provisioning and lifecycle management of Dedicated Internet and managed network services across more than 100 network providers. This role coordinates service delivery activities, manages order workflows, supports customer installations, and ensures accurate billing while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provision new Dedicated Internet and managed network services across 100 carrier and network providers.
- Process service modifications, upgrades, and disconnect requests within established service level objectives.
- Manage the complete order lifecycle, including order review, submission, tracking, activation, and billing.
- Collaborate with Service Delivery Coordinators, partners, carriers, and customers to address order requirements, provide status updates, and ensure successful service activation.
- Partner up with BCN Logistics and BCN Engineering teams to order, configure, and coordinate the shipment of managed network equipment.
- Coordinate professional installations through the BCN Field Dispatch team when required.
- Ensure all new services and billing charges are accurately provisioned and entered customer accounts prior to billing cycle deadlines.
- Monitor orders for potential delays or issues and proactively escalate concerns to Carrier Account Managers, Project Managers, Coordinators, and leadership as needed.
- Process customer billing adjustments and credits when appropriate.
- Utilize Excel Workbooks and understand navigation between sheets.
- Use Workflow to communicate service delivery Milestones for order status.
- Use Outlook to manage communications, schedule meetings, and provide timely updates to internal teams and external customers.
- Effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in the telecommunications industry with a solid understanding of telecom services and network connectivity.
- Basic technical knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, and related networking equipment.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with customers, vendors, management, and team members.
- Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment while meeting critical deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in service provisioning, telecommunications operations, or network service delivery.
- Project management experience or familiarity with project management principles.
- Experience working with carrier ordering systems and managed network services.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
