About the Position:

We are seeking a reliable Snowplow Operator to join our winter operations team. This is a seasonal, on-call position ideal for someone who enjoys flexible work and wants to earn additional income during snow events.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate a company-provided plow truck to clear residential driveways

• Maintain clean and safe plow paths

• Follow assigned route maps and respond promptly during snow events

• No shoveling. No applying ice melt. Plowing only.

Ideal Candidate:

• Retirees or experienced drivers/operators welcome

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Comfortable operating plow trucks (Ford 250 pickup) in winter weather

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

• Able to work early mornings, nights, and variable hours depending on snowfall

Schedule:

• On-call, weather dependent

• Seasonal: Winter 2025/26

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Seasonal

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week

Work Location: In person
