LEAD MARINE TECHNICIAN

We are seeking an experienced Lead Marine Service Technician to oversee service operations, and deliver exceptional workmanship on a wide range of marine vessels. If you're a skilled marine mechanic with strong leadership abilities and a passion for quality service, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain outboard, inboard, sterndrive, and marine electronical systems and fuel systems.
• Assign and prioritize daily workloads to ensure efficient shop operations.
• Conduct inspections and ensure repairs meet manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain accurate service folders and communicate repairs.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of marine service technician experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of marine engines, electrical systems, and fuel systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
• Valid driver's license; boating experience is a plus.
• Manufacturer certifications are a plus. Mercury, Yamaha, Suzuki are highly desirable.

Pay: $45.00 - $75.00 per hour
