Perform equipment troubleshooting, & repair for DDC control-based systems Record documentation of services provided Maintain site back-ups and documentation Build customer rapport by resolving concerns/answering questions Who you are: You have a strong work ethic, take pride in your workmanship, collaborate well with others, and have a continuous desire to learn 0-2 or 2-4-years’ experience and a solid understanding of commercial BAS/HVAC equipment maintenance Schneider Electric/Andover Controls, Johnson Controls and Tridium experience a plus Functional and technical ability to evaluate service problems, recommend appropriate action and follow through Experience with electronic systems, troubleshooting, estimating and dealing with complexity Ability to work in a team environment while taking responsibility for individual tasks Strong customer orientation including the ability to manage expectations and satisfy customers Salary: $80K - $100K+ dependent on experience BCM Controls is a leading provider of building automation, security systems and energy services for commercial, institutional and industrial clientele.
