Our client, a music-focused, boutique law firm in Flatiron, is looking to hire a Junior Temp to Perm Executive Assistant to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, work well in a team environment and be able to handle multiple tasks daily. The candidate will help provide executive and personal support to a Partner at the firm. This person should have a sunny disposition, and a nothing is beneath me attitude with a fast-paced mentality.
Someone with an interest in music, and/or the legal field, is preferred!

9:30am-6pm flexibility as needed

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer phones, direct calls and take messages
- Filter and prioritize incoming e-mails
- Manage a busy and always changing calendar
- Book international and domestic travel arrangements including flight, hotel and car services
- Schedule meetings, appointments and conference calls
- Process expense reports
- Manage and book conference rooms
- Assistance with light legal work (documents, mailings, deposits)
- Ongoing personal assistance as requested
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree
- Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills
- True team player
- Extremely well-written and articulate
- Very strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with various office equipment and MS Office Software
- Respect for confidentially
