About the Role
Advise private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies across the full deal lifecycle on a broad range of middle-market M&A transactions, including platform investments, leveraged buyouts, bolt-on acquisitions, and sponsor-to-sponsor exits. Work closely with clients from initial evaluation and structuring through to execution and completion, supporting high-volume deal activity across multiple sectors and transaction types.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end M&A transactions, including platform acquisitions, bolt-on acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and sponsor-to-sponsor exits
- Draft and negotiate primary transaction documentation, including purchase agreements and ancillary documents
- Lead and coordinate multi-stream due diligence processes across legal, financial, and commercial workstreams
- Work closely with private equity clients, management teams, and financial advisors on deal structuring and execution
- Advise on growth equity and structured minority investments in high-growth businesses
- Support complex transactions, including carve-outs and real estate-integrated deals

Salary : $260,000 - $420,000
